Mike Cavinder, Chief Operating Officer
The 50 year old classic “gearhead” developed the concept.  He has owned performance motorcycle repair and modification centers and sold many of the top named performance bikes in his Thousand Oaks, California showroom. Previously, Mike has been in the automotive business for 20+ years. In Cavinder’s earlier life, he was a law-enforcement officer with accident re-creation certifications, adding to his ability to understand the accident claims from the various perspectives.

After researching the subject and seeing the lack of collision/theft recovery repair centers first hand,  he developed the concept of joining the twins of modification and repair with the specialty of collision repair.  His development in the industry has been accepted with open arms be the top insurance companies, such as Progressive and Gieco.

Mike DiSabatino, CFO
DiSabatino is a practicing CPA and a consultant to many automotive aftermarket and powersports businesses.  His 2-wheel industry involvement reaches beyond the numbers, as he was the creator (1997) and CEO of a successful motorcycle publishing company before selling it in 2007.  DiSabatino also is Executive Director of Riders University Inc, a charitable non-profit devoted to motorcycle awareness and rider training.
